1、 Breeding conditions
1. Acidic and permeable loam: it likes soft and breathable loam p>
2. Light: it is suitable for growing under the scattered light of half sun and half shade. If the light is too weak, the flowers will be light in color, or the leaves will grow well but the flowers will not bloom. If the light is too strong, the leaves will change color and dry. The suitable temperature is 18 ℃ - 24 ℃ p>
3. Watering: it is recommended to give a water penetration when planting, and pay attention to the amount of water during daily maintenance. It is not allowed to pour too much, which is easy to cause rotten roots and other phenomena p>
4. Fertilization: apply thin liquid fertilizer or compound fertilizer once every 7-10 days during the growth period. Don't give too much fertilizer, otherwise the leaves will grow well but don't bloom p>
2、 Breeding method
1. Leaf cutting: select the leaves with strong growth from the mother plant, be sure to keep the petiole, then disinfect the wound, place them in a cool place to dry, cut the leaves into loam after treatment, and water them appropriately until they take root p>
2. Sowing: it is suggested to start breeding from August to October, disinfect the seeds prepared in advance, sprinkle them evenly on the loam, and then cover a layer of fine soil about one centimeter later. Pay attention to keeping the loam moist, and they can germinate in about 15 days p>
3、 Pest prevention
1. Fusarium wilt: this disease is caused by Fusarium oxysporum. The main disease is short and wilted plants. There are obvious lines on the leaves of young plants, sagging in larger leaves and other symptoms. Generally, the seeds are brought with them. It is recommended to soak the seeds in warm water at 50-55 ℃ before planting for sterilization p>
2. Verticillium wilt: the main disease is that the leaves turn yellow and wilt. The overall reason for this disease is the same as root wilt, which can be solved by high-temperature disinfection of seeds p>
