1、 Cutting season
Its cutting time is not very selective, and it can be done in all seasons, but it is best to cut at the end of spring. At this time, cutting is more conducive to survival and growth in the later stage. Keep a moist environment after planting, and you can germinate and survive in about a month p>
2、 Cutting method
1. Treatment of branches: when cutting, select the branches that grow for one or two years as cuttings, cut them into small segments 15 cm long, and ensure that there are two or three buds on them. Then cut the upper end of the cuttings into flat mouth and the lower end into oblique mouth, which is not only convenient to distinguish, but also beneficial to rooting p>
2. Soak branches: put the trimmed cuttings in a container with water and soak them for about 12 to 24 hours. Pay attention to the clean water quality. After soaking, put it in a cool place to dry for standby p>
3. Prepare soil: nutrient soil can be used for cutting as long as it is loose and breathable p>
4. Cutting: when cutting, the oblique mouth shall be downward, and the insertion shall not be too deep, which is about one-third of the cuttings. After planting, water it properly and cover it with a thin layer of soil. It is best to cover it with grass above the soil to fully moisturize and soon take root and sprout p>
