How to Replant a Rubber Tree Plant

Rubber tree plants, also known as Ficus elastica, are popular houseplants known for their ornamental foliage and ease of care. If you’ve had your rubber tree plant for a few years and it has outgrown its current pot, it may be time to replant it. Here’s how to replant a rubber tree plant:

Step 1: Choose a New Pot

When choosing a new pot for your rubber tree plant, opt for one that is one or two sizes larger than its current pot. The pot should have drainage holes to prevent the roots from becoming waterlogged.
