2. Abdominal connection: the simplest way is abdominal connection. Choose a branch with many leaf buds and cut the opening in a strong place. It doesn't need to be too deep. It's about one-third of the branch. Then cut the top bud of the scion into an inclined plane, coincide with the incision of the branch, and tie it with a rope. The wound can heal in about 20 to 25 days

2、 Rootstock used

When it is grafted, it usually selects Chimonanthus chinensis or the seedling of Chimonanthus chinensis. Dog Chimonanthus is its original variety. The petals are very small, the color is very light, and the taste is not strong. The seedling has strong stress resistance and is also suitable for rootstock.
