1、 Control temperature
Pocket coconut is a tropical plant with poor cold resistance. Therefore, it should be maintained indoors in winter and the temperature should be controlled. The minimum temperature should not be less than 10 degrees. If the environment is warm, it can survive the winter safely p>
2、 Reduce watering
The temperature is relatively low in winter. At this time, its growth speed is very slow, and it may even enter dormancy. Therefore, it needs less water. The water volume should be controlled. The basin soil should not be too wet. Replenish water after drying to avoid freezing the roots p>
3、 Increase illumination
Although it is a shade tolerant plant, it will grow more vigorously with sufficient light. Especially in winter, the light is mild. It should be placed in a place with good indoor light. Receiving sufficient light is more conducive to winter p>
4、 Increase humidity
It likes to grow in a humid environment, but it is usually dry in winter, prone to yellow leaves and dead leaves. More water should be sprayed around the plant to improve the humidity, but pay attention not to allow ponding in the basin soil, otherwise it is easy to cause root rot p>
