1、 Planting method

1. Treatment of seed ball: low temperature treatment shall be conducted before planting. The seed ball shall be placed in an environment with a temperature of 7 to 10 degrees for 30 to 40 days, so as to end dormancy and promote flowering

2. Soil preparation: the treated seed balls can be planted in pots before the Spring Festival. Before planting, appropriate basin soil should be prepared, which should be slightly acidic and loose sandy soil, and an appropriate amount of organic fertilizer should be doped to improve nutrients

3. Pot planting: after the soil is prepared, the treated seed ball can be planted into the soil. Do not go too deep into the soil, but the ball root should be completely covered. Plant about 3 to 5 seed balls in each pot. After planting, put them in the semi shade and keep them moist. They can bloom during the Spring Festival

2、 Preservation method

After the flowering period, remove the bottom of it and clean it. Brush off the rotten part of the surface with a toothbrush. If there is something that cannot be brushed off, peel it off, but pay attention not to peel it too deep. After treatment, it should be disinfected in disinfectant, soaked for about one hour, then cleaned, put it in a box without cover, buried in sand and dried in the sun, and then put it in a ventilated and dry place
