Lettuce should be planted at a suitable time, preferably from October to December, or from August to February of the next year. In fact, it has no high requirements for planting time. It can grow well as long as it is not carried out in particularly hot or cold weather

2、 Planting method

1. Choose seeds: go to the market to buy high-quality lettuce seeds. If you are a novice, you'd better buy varieties with strong growth and good disease resistance

2. Prepare the seedbed: prepare the seedbed when planting. It is best to use loose and fertile organic soil. Disinfection shall be carried out before planting, and water shall be poured thoroughly for standby

3. Planting: its seeds are very small. When planting, they should be mixed with clean sand and soil, then sown on the seedbed, and finally covered with a thin layer of soil, about 0.5-1cm

4. Planting and maintenance: after planting, it should be placed in the environment of 12-20 ℃, not exposed to too strong sunlight, strengthen ventilation, avoid too stuffy environment, and plant it when the small bud grows to 2-3 leaves
